As we grow, we're looking for someone at an unusual and valuable intersection: a legal professional ready to step into thought leadership, marketing, growth, and technology - and help us speak credibly to legal professionals while opening doors into the communities where they already gather.
Your role as a Legal AI Growth Manager
Building trust in the legal profession starts with understanding the people behind it. That's why we're looking for a legal professional who can help Saga build meaningful relationships, strengthen our presence in the Dutch legal market and connect with the communities where legal professionals exchange ideas and knowledge.
As Saga's first Legal AI Growth Manager, you'll join the Marketing & Growth team and work closely with Legal Engineering, Sales and Product. This role is an opportunity for a jurist, paralegal, legal counsel or lawyer who's curious about taking their career beyond traditional legal practice, bringing their legal expertise and professional network into the world of technology, marketing and growth.
This is a new role with room to shape it. You'll have the freedom to explore ideas, build initiatives from the ground up and develop approaches that can grow with Saga.
What you'll be doing
Build relationships and partnerships with lawyers, law firms, bar associations, alumni networks and legal innovators across the Netherlands.
Create thought leadership and educational content, translating legal insights and practical AI use cases into relevant articles, interviews and campaigns.
Grow the legal community through roundtables, workshops, webinars and networking initiatives.
Represent Saga at legal events and conferences, building connections and identifying new opportunities.
Bring market insights and customer feedback into Marketing, Product and Legal Engineering.
Support go-to-market and product marketing, working with Sales and Marketing to communicate Saga's value to legal professionals.
Develop advocacy initiatives that turn engaged customers and community members into long-term champions of Saga.
What you'll bring
A legal education and professional experience as a lawyer, jurist, legal counsel, paralegal or in a similar role.
Familiarity with the Dutch legal market and connections through professional associations, networks or industry events.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make legal and technical topics clear and engaging.
A natural ability to connect people, build relationships and create opportunities
An entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and confidence to take initiative.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and an interest in how they're changing legal practice.
Native or near-native Dutch and fluent English.

Salary: Up to €5,500 gross per month (all-inclusive, based on a 40-hour week), depending on experience.
